Coming to STRATUS

The STRATUS Center is excited to host your course, training, or other event. We can accommodate and support a vast array of programs and endeavors, including simulation education courses, independent skills practice, institutional review board-approved research protocols, prototype/product testing, and filming/interviewing.

To get started, please tell us a bit more about your planned activity by completing our short Activity Intake Form.  In general, we encourage the completion of an Activity Intake Form as far in advance of your proposed event as possible to allow for a greater opportunity to fulfill your preferred date(s). Once we receive this, a member of the STRATUS team will follow up promptly with additional information. We look forward to working with you!

Hours of Operation

Our regular business hours are 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  However, we are able to accommodate programs from early morning into the late evening, as well as offering some weekend capacity.

STRATUS follows the current MGB Visitor Policy regarding:

  • COVID symptom screening and masking
  • Flu and COVID vaccination status, which currently requires that all visitors be up-to-date with both flu and COVID vaccines (see the Visitor Policy for further details)

After Your Course: Evaluations and Feedback

The STRATUS team strives to continuously improve all that we do.  Those who attend our courses will receive an email asking for anonymous feedback (it takes about a minute!).  Please let us know how things went.

Generic, anonymous suggestions and feedback about your experience at the Center may be submitted through our online feedback form and through our suggestion box just inside the entrance to the Center.
