We are pleased to present the STRATUS 2022 Annual Report! The Annual Report highlights happenings throughout 2022 including new and innovative courses, new equipment, active research projects and new grants, faculty and staff achievements, and more.
In 2022, we launched our Learning Management System, Moodle, which has streamlined data collection for quality improvement and provided a more user-friendly experience for visitors to STRATUS. With an improved activity request system, we facilitated the development of courses that brought new learners to STRATUS from previously underrepresented departments. We also held our Instructor Training Seminars and Interprofessional Team Training Course.
The Human Factors and Cognitive Engineering Lab excelled with three new grants and 16 new peer-reviewed articles and were pleased to promote Dr. Mahdi Ebnali to a Research Scientist. Our facility went through multiple upgrades as we invested in cutting-edge equipment with endless educational possibilities. Additionally, as COVID restrictions lessened, we were able to provide more services at STRATUS such as filming and renting our facilities for youth education.
